Fiber 6 ® (NDC #62403 0004 1) consists of a blend of 1000 mg Gum blend (guar gum, oat bran, and fiber), vegetable cellulose, mucilage blend (psyllium seed and kelp), and apple pectin. 

Fiber 6 has both Soluble and Insoluble fibers.

     Soluble fibers (800 mg): Pectin, Gums (guar and oat), Mucilages (kelp, psyllium).  Soluble fibers are important for us but are not commonly in our diet. 

     Insoluble fiber: 200 mg of Cellulose. 

Americans consume only 5-10 grams of fiber per day.  The recommended dose is 25 to 35 grams per day, especially soluble fibers.

FIBER 6® : Take 1-3 tablets 20-30 minutes before meals with a full glass of liquid. Do not take with medications – allow one hour apart.
